The NPCs always seem very interested in whatever I'm doing. Makes me feel roughly 47.91% better about myself.

I dunno about jerks, but that security officer having a discussion/argument with the cargo crate in the vendor section of ESD still freaks me out.

That is not a cargo crate, it is a Weighted Companion Cube, and it had the scolding coming for lying about the cake.
