I Bought Zen about an hour ago. The purchase went through, got the confirmation email. The money has even been removed from my MC Debt.
The problem; my Wallet Status says "Reviewing".
I understand they want to make sure I'm a player in good standing (Lifetime Member since 2/2010) . But it is very bad business practice to take a Consumers money and not give them the product for which they paid for.
They should review the Member, then take their money. Not the other way around.
I already emailed customer support, but I've always found that I get quicker responses from fellow Gamers.
If a Thread has alredy been posted with a resolution please give me the link if available.
Is it the first time you've ever bought zen? If I remember correctly, the first time you buy it they do a review on it that can take up to 24 hours. All purchases after that will be instant. If it isn't the first time, then yeah you need to send in some tickets.
What payment gateway did you use? If you used PayPal, as captainbmoney stated, it's most likely under review and will need to be approved by a Billing Specialist. If this is your first purchase with the payment gateway, and sometimes even if it's not or is a new card, extra steps need to be taken to verify payment and the payment profile. The Billing Team works very fast to get these types of transactions approved

If it was your first purchase of zen ever, expect it will take about a day to show up. Every other time it should be instant if you use the same payment method.
This is why ZEN cards are superior to direct payment. There are plenty of stores in the US that carry them, for example 7-11.
Instant, easy, secure, and doesn't result in your debit card/credit card getting hacked... which has happened to me twice when I've bought direct through the website.
I am assured it was utter coincidence and that the PW page is haxxor-proof because they use the latest technology.
Anyway, there should be a list of ZEN-card vendors around, I'm sure you can find a store nearby.

First time purchasing Zen. My last purcase was when they used Cryptic Points.
I used Master Card / Debt. The money was taken immediatly. So there is no problem with payment. The money is already resting in the bank account of Perfect World.
