***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

I have downloaded to game, have pre-ordered it as well, all patches up to date, comp meets specs, when i try to login to game it says "Cannot connect to this server at this time" . Any suggestions?

Yet again people the beta doesn't start until 10:00am PST (pacific standard time)

Where exactly do you get? After it says cannot connect to the game are you at the menu screen where you can adjust options or does it quit out to desktop?
