Please have a look at the following picture.

It's the background you see when you try to (unsuccessfully) log into the game.

Notice the dark ridges? I don't think they are where they are supposed to be... or is that issue on my end (bad PC)?

Am i the only one seeing this?

try changing your graphic settings or update drivers if you believe its an error..
