Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
So I had noticed that ship weapons that said "Accound Bind On Equip" were, after equiping, "Bound to Charecter" and no longer able to be put in the account bank. I asked a GM about this and (after 8 days) got a response that boiled down to WAI.
Now the stuff wasn't terribly expensive, so replacing it isn't a problem, I just don't really belive the Working As Intended response, don't see anything in the recent patch notes and no idea why they would keep the account bind on equip tag on the items if they no longer were.
