# 1 Custominsation errors?

I don't know whats happened but lately I have had huge customization problems when changing features of my character, like

Hair coming out of the skin where it shouldn't.

Spots with no hair .

It looks like it could be your graphics card. Try adjusting the settings a little bit, see if that helps, because as far as I can judge from the pictures, you're running the game at a lower graphic setting. I have everything maxed out 1920x1080, no problems whatsoever.

I'd say it's related to a very low graphic setting. I've no problem so far.

I have put my graphics to max.. and I should note that I have never had this problem before. Its on the same computer.

It's definitely your graphics, and if your graphics are really maxed out, then it's time for a new computer. The images you posted look like the graphics are on the lowest settings, the details on everyone's outfits are very blurry and pixelated. Hair clipping issues like the ones i see there are pretty common with poor graphics.
And sometimes new issues just suddenly arise when dealing with a bad graphics card.

In other words, blame your hardware, not the game company.

I created a pic comparing how the tailor looks in your pic compared to how it looks for me on max settings. His outfit should look much more detailed.

Well when i try to customize one of my characters, the game crashes. I just got some things fixed from these people and it only took about 10 calls to corporate and an official complaint to the better business bureau so I 'm not going to hold my breath.
