which one should i get i have a Andorian Charal Escort with 806 shield regeneration rate or should i go with the omega graviton amplifier

The passive shield regeneration is still borderline overpowered on an escort.

75% dodge chance + 50% resists to the remaining 25% + Passive shield healing equivalent to a continuous Transfer Shield Strength.

Yeah, that isn't overpowered.

you mean cruisers and science ships cant pick that passive ?
