I was just wondering what people thought (maybe a dev or two pops in and ninjas the thread maybe not) about whether we will get to test the Scimitar on Tribble. Given that many of the C-Store ships (that weren't legacy pack/LoR releases) have gone to Tribble. While I know the Scimitar is not supposed to be the flagship (Ody/Bortas) of the Rom fleet, it is still supposedly a 3 pack. Will we be able to test out these ships and see how they work like we were with the Ody/Bortasqu 3 packs? Or do you think it will be more like the Vesta testing where it will be limited to a select few people who sign up for it? Or will it be like LoR and we won't get to test any of them?

Personally, I'm hoping for the first.

It's very unlikely they will put the Scimitar on Tribble for open testing. Your best bet is to make it clear to the developers that you fly ships similar to the Scimitar so they're interested in your feedback on the ship and any bugs it might have.

They haven't released any ships on Tribble for testing in quite some time because if you test it and decide you don't like it, you won't buy it on live.

Might have a sufficient Zen balance to purchase the Scimitar on Tribble if they are not into open testing. Every Zen you transfer to Holodeck is also transferred to Tribble.

It transfers - but for the last several months the Zen store on tribble isn't updated. No Armitage, Vesta, or any of the Romulan ships listed on it. Unless a dev picks you to test it for them - if you don't buy it on live, you don't play with it.

It DOESN'T transfer.
Fixed it. Zen doesn't transfer to tribble.

Then how do you explain how people have differing amounts of Zen on Tribble? Some with over 10,000 Zen. It is possible that it only worked that way for awhile. Maybe before Zen was introduced last year.
