A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I've accumulated over 1800 skill points and over 260 Bridge points (or whatever they're called), and yet everytime I try to spend these points I get a message stating that "There was an error in allocating your skill points" (or something similar, can't recall the exact message). Other than that I haven't had any problems at all with today's launch, but I'm hesitant to start new missions unless I can upgrade my skill set.
Am I doing something wrong? I've tried dozens of different skill point combos (only in trainable skills, of course}, and everytime I hit "APPLY" there is a momentary pause and then the error message in yellow type.
EDIT: Never mind, I'm an idiot. I just noticed the "you can't spend new skill points until we open the other sectors" message. Sorry to waste anyone's time. Durr.
