Well I can't make any promise on the behalf of the community, but as long as there's no major mega nerf or no uber OP new ship it should be fine.

Fine? He's leaving the day after the countdown timer goes to zero - and you know, WHATEVER the announcement/content tie in, etc. is from said announcement, these Forums will EXPLODE in activity (positive and negative) regardless.
