UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I'm having trouble downloading the big 5887MB pre-patch for LoR. The downloader opens after I exit STO and it begins to download. It has even gotten as far as 62% but then the downloader closes and it begins at 0% again.
Is anyone else having this problem? Will this prevent me from playing LoR next week?
5887MB is a huge patch and if it won't complete the download... that's a big problem.
ya if you force it to check the files and disable on demand patching it seems to be working for me, need a mod to close this so others continue on the other thread
