- Steam client
- Enter log-in name/password and click Engage
- Full screen goes black for a second; then changes to a small window which is black and has the cursor moving round and round
- Stays like this - no crash log
- Task Manager - STO - Not Responding
- Windows 7 Ultimate - 64-Bit
- New PC with quad-core Pentium, ATI 5870 GPU, 4Gig RAM etc.
- All drivers fully up-to-date
- Of course only this game on my PC doesn't run.
