While many think of quantum singularities like a mini black hole, its really not strong enough to pull objects into it. But if you supercharged it, yes it would then become a black hole.

But if a Romulan Warbird with a singularity is destroyed, the singularity would just poof. Since the equipment used to maintain it, was destroyed in the explosion.

Though would be funny fighting Romulans and they disappeared in an implosion.
