Hi Captains,

We will be bringing down Star Trek Online in 15 minutes for emergency maintenance -- we expect this maintenance to only last for 1 hour. The test server may also be unavailable during this time.

Thanks for your patience and understanding,

- The Star Trek Online Team

UPDATE (7:08PM PDT): We're extending maintenance by 45 minutes. New ETA is 8PM PDT.

Will this be fixing the Zoning issues some of us have been experiencing?

Is this related to the ongoing Server Not Responding issue?

Great, so, yesterday it was working fine, you 'maintained' it, now today I'm having connection issues... Wow, glad to see that you guys are on the ball...

Also, it's useless thanking us for our understanding when we don't actually understand, maybe an explanation is in order? Then we'd actually understand and I, for one, wouldn't think that you were taking the piss. -.-
