Hi,

I am bit worried about the headstart.

If I go to my account, I see:

Activated Features

* Star Trek Online Open beta access
* Star Trek Online - Preorder
* Star Trek Online Lifetime Subscription
* Star Trek Online - In game items

Is this enough for joining the headstart?

You have

Star Trek Online - Preorder

which is also the Head Start Key .. You are safe.

However your In Game Items are locked Server Side until Feb. 2, 2010 and you won't be able to use them until then.

I pre-ordered through a local Gamestop store. They gave me a card with a beta key, and said that would work as a pre-order key.

As of about 10:30pm PST today (1/28/10), when I enter the key from that card into my account (an already established account from Champions Online, by the way), it responds "This key does not activate any known products."

So, please tell me how to activate the preorder in my account?

Did you enter the key on this page?

if so and the key is still failing, then send a support ticket in to Cryptic Technical Support and they should fix it for you.. include your purchase reciept (scanned image) and your Beta Code Card (scanned image).

the Developers have stated that they will take care of problems such as this.

Hi, I order my game with 12game.com (dutch retailer) after playing the beta (of which i got the beta key through ngamer)

I did receive a key from 12game today, but appearantly it is only for the extra game items(enterprise).

Currently I see this in my account:
Activated Features
Star Trek Online Closed Beta
Star Trek Online - In game items

I noticed this after i got home from work (was excited to play the headstart..) but they're closed for the weekend, so doubt i will get a response from them. Is there anything, anyone can do?

Hoi!, ik heb ze voor 5 uur nog even gebeld voor een code, en die heb ik gekregen. ik ben bang dat je tot maandag moet wachten!

Same happened to me. Got the email be4 I got home which said the keys will be send Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. But they also said the beta key would work for head start.
I can login, but as soon as I'm logged in I get the error SERVER DOWN and account error, please contact billing support.
I hate this. Been trying for 4,5 hours now.
