A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I waited until around the end of the scheduled downtime just in case before restarting my client. It recognized a patch incoming and started on it... it's at about 8.7 25 minutes into running the patch (and about 6 megabytes downloaded) - I tried restarting the patcher a few times, and nothing else, including the Star Trek Online website, seems to be moving at an unusually slow pace. Pre-launch the patcher fairly raced to completion; and I thought this different enough to note.
