I have two problems. My first problem, my graphic. I have the highest setup and the newest driver.
My second problem, i have much lags. Whether the highest or the lowest settings.

If you are certain your computer can handle it I would suggest the following;
Turn all Video effects down ONE AT A TIME to see which ones are affecting you the most.
After installing the v190 drivers my issues went away (My housemate did the same thing and it fixed the game he was playing, not STO) so I wonder if there is an issue with the drivers themselves....
