***Resolved Issues***
"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Description: After finishing the Patrol Vulcan Sector missions and contacting my contact Sulu from Sector Space and selecting Tactical officer as my BO reward I was not given anything. All other rewards received. Checking my Inventory showed nothing, nothing on the ship stat/assignment menu either.
Logged out of game and back in to see if it was lag. Still not received. Have been logged out since 23:00 GMT+1 will try logging in later to see if I have received BO yet.
Workaround: Bought 2 BO's from the Starport BO officer.
This is a known bug, taken from the release notes in the support area:

In some rare cases the bridge officer reward you accept while still in Sector Space may disappear and not be rewarded. If this happens to you – bug it.
I chose the Science officer that it said was a female Vulcan. But the officer I actually received was a completely random "Unknown Female" They look dumb - I wanted a Vulcan!
