The point of Fleet Support is not to summon your own ships. It's putting out a call for help and whomever is close responds. All your junior officers aren't following you around all day in your old ships just hoping you need help with something.
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

Hey, if that frigate sends you a TSS that keeps your butt alive, all's well, right?

But yeah, fleet support and photonic ships are laughably weak. Probably because their skills are all at the default. Be nice if they cycled with a faster speed like a real captain's.

I get Cruisers, Escorts, and Science Vessels all the time. Even Galaxy Dreadnoughts on occasion.

I normally get a Miranda or Typhoon with FS too, but I seem to have far better luck with Photonic Fleet, that normally gets me a good mix of non-useless allies. Well, as non-useless as photonic ships can be anyway.

I get frigates all the time and trust me my aux is never below 100.
I would like for the devs to open a poll/feedback thread on what exactly the players would like to see in the near future for the game.

I'm not talking about all of them, just one of them, and just why not? I'm an Admiral. You bet your ass I'll have a wingman waiting for the call for help.

I believe the Mirandas use extend shields on you, so they actually are a bit more helpful than the others

Did it at least stick around?

Usually I get a ship to respond after having to leave my ship at below 50% for quite awhile, only to have it warp out again unless I am in close to a target.

How worthless is this power?

Think about it, I have to be below 50% AND engaging a target for it to work properly.

It should immediately respond a ship and that ship should stay there for the entire STF after that.
If your post is anything like, "I have a sandwich so you can't be starving" it's time to rethink posting.

Looks like I made a good choice in keeping fleet support off my main hotbar.

Only push the fleet support button in the middle of a fire fight. The ship will stay until it either leves combat, or dies. It would be nice if the button only activated during RA.

But yeah, it would be kinda awesome if it could summon My Gal-X.
