What is going on with these, I have 6 klingon toons and none of them have done anywhere close to the usual 6 per day for a few days now.

Whats the cooldown on these.

Nothing is wrong? There are times when your officer just has a crappy load out of missions, combined with a few bad sectors and it seems like there isn't enough Marauding going around. It happens now and then.

1) Don't just rely on the disable missions. There are other uncommon missions that have an 8 hour processing time. They have many names but I think one goes like "Initiate raid against <insert race here> colony. They too give prisoners, contraband, and other goodies.

2) All raid/disable missions are based on a randomizer. Some days you'll hit it and others you won't.

Most missions have a (24h + duration) cooldown. This includes Inspect/Disable Freighter.

Inspect Freighter - 30m duration, 24h 30m cooldown
Disable Freighter - 2h duration, 26h cooldown

Thanks, im only going for the contraband myself I dont care about anything else.

Disble Freighters give at least one except the vulcans they give none on normal or crit success.

Unauthorized Raids give none
Cripple Stations give none (At least not the vulcan one)

I've had my share of contraband from that mission. However, that mission is more about the prisoners than the Contraband. Both can be turned in for ridiculous amounts of dilithium.
