Well, I've been doing everything that people have said in other threads to help with the stress on my system, and I am still running at 95c. But the wierd thing is when I minimize the game, the temp will drop to 75c in the space of 1-2 mins. So now I've gotten into a cycle where when I'm on my way to a system to patrol, I minimize for a few and then move along. I havent been able to mess with the fan speed yet so I may try that. My system off the top of my head (I'm at work) is:
HP Pavilion 6130y AMD Phenom™ X4 Quad-Core Processor with nVidia Geforce 9100

Forgot to turn on my fan and minimized the game to see the GPU at a jaw dropping 130C! I'm watching it slowly cool to about 100C, I'll maximize the game again when it reaches about 90. I'm going to get an official word from Nvidia finally tomorrow I hope. ( i haven't been able to reach them so far ). I'll post here what they say.

First, go into game and ENABLE Vsync
Second, download the latest nvidia drivers.
Third, go into your launchpad options menu, and in the "advanced command line" box, type the following:

-perFrameSleep 10

That should lower your temps by around 20% and make the game more stable overall.
