A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Repel Klingons after the Oblivion episode is flawed or poor directions.
I exited out, then went back to do it later
but when I go back, It puts me back at the stop-signal entry point
there are no Klingons to repel, only some other race that has me very outgunned.
So, don't know what to do to complete that mission??
