It seemed to be suggested somewhere that there is a help menu wherein you can view your tickets and bugs. Does anyone know where you can view your submitted bugs and tickets?
Also does anyone else find the search function in the bug submitter to be totally useless? I have yet to return a set of results that I might expect to find given people's discussion of bugs here and elsewhere.
