Why is there no confirmation on exiting a STF, but yet for everything else there is one. I know its my own fault for hitting the exit to sector button but would be nice if there was a confirmation to make sure to help us folks that have a brain fart

This is better moved to general discussion.

Answering your question: I do not know
Hopefully I'll come back from my break; this break is fun; I play intellectual games.

I hope STO get's better ...

Personally, I'm of the opinion that there are far too many "are you sure you want to do this" messages in STO, and every other game at the moment. I keep hoping they'll add a "Don't show confirmations" button the game options but it'll never happen.

I agree, there are too many confirmations in the game. The one that I find frustrating more than anything, is when say in the rolor nebula and you are doing a mission defending an asteroid base and there is three waves to fight through at the end of each wave up pops defend the base. I am like YES I KNOW!!!! ARGHHH

There is one, if you read the boff speech and then click depart system it will ask you. The only time it won't ask you is if you press the leave map button instead.
