We are aware there is a queue to log in at this time. We are working to get you in-game as soon as possible.
UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
So far the beta is going well for me, when I can get in that is. I would like to suggest to Cryptic that they implement a server queuing feature. I understand not wanting to let folks in (especially during a beta) that will overload the servers. Thats no fun for anyone. But once the servers reach that magic threshold, you should allow the user to be put into a queue if they are willing to sit there and wait, or the user can come back later. Perhaps you could have it issue a loud "Ah, I have access" sound, and give the user 30 seconds or so to respond, if they don't kick em.
