When mousing over just about anything that has a large info window, the window extends past the top of the game screen making it impossible to read in its entirety.

This is truly game breaking. I can't see what I am buying or tell what I should equip.

I have this issue too, especially when purchasing Boffs I wouldn't call it showstopper, but highly critical

I had this issue for a while, but after playing with different video modes (resolutions and maximized/windowed/full-screen windowed) it seems to have gone away. I'm not sure if this will help you, but give it a try .
