"Login failed for unknown reason" error

A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Hey there, i have used my beta key on this account already- but when i enter my username and password into the login screen of the game i get the error message "You do not have permission to view the launcher"
Any ideas on how i can fix this?
Getting the same thing here too. Did i miss something?
Nevermind, sorted it out.
ok buddy, (if you did what i did and entered the key and then downloaded teh beta) that was wrong, you need to log into your account first, then go to my account option and in there enter the beta key for the game. After i did that i had a confirmation box come up and now can launch the beta hope this also helps you.
