# 1 laptop problumes need help
01-17-2010, 11:37 PM
for some reason when i play on my laptop
more so on ground missions more then space
occasionally my laptops cpu gets maxed out and the game becomes extremely choppy for 2-3 min and heats up
then it clears and the game runs fine and cools down for about 5-10 min when it does it again

iv never had this happen on any other game so i know its something in this game
i have tried lowering the graphics and it still does it just as much as when there maxed out

it seems to happen more often if i have another player with me
but it does happen when its just me and my crew

iv even had it happen so bad it crashed the game

is there any tweeks i can do to fix this ?
