"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
So I open the launcher and it takes awhile to "update" and once it gets to the login screen, I type in my password hit enter, takes awhile, freezes for a second than goes to "Attempting to connect to controller tracker"? anyone else getting that?
I am also have the same issue. I tried what the last person said and this is what I got for the first step: Microsoft Windows [Version 6.0.6002]

The second step just says Timed out.
Hope some understands the meaning of this and thank you.
Got up this morning and now I am connect but still curious why this happened (at the time of this all other online games still worked with normal fps and lag)
