Every now and then if I hit the respawn button to fast after dying in space combat, it'll respawn my ship in the exact same spot but destroyed. I have to leave the instance to fix the problem and even then I inter the next instance and immediately explode and have to respawn.

that's an old bug... they know about it.

during beta when you get destroyed wait about 3 seconds and then click respawn.
you will be fine its a ms problem with the code if you are in a big fight and you spam the respawn and click it as soon as it shows up that happens...
