Well, I see the problem.....

Display Devices
---------------
Card name: GIGABYTE RADEON 9250 128MB
Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc.
Chip type: RADEON 9250 AGP (0x5960)
Driver Version: 6.14.0010.6546 (English)
Driver Date/Size: 5/4/2005 10:28:54, 226816 bytes

per the minimum specs to run Star trek online you have and older video card, and very old drivers at that.

Minimum spec for Video: NVIDIA GeForce 7950 / ATI Radeon X1800 / Intel HD Graphics

you can try more current drivers, but I think due to the wording of the error you're getting that you really need anew video card to play.

That 7600 is just under the minimum spec, if it works, I don't think you realy want to have everything turn all tha way done and still have some video studdering

I'd say you're going to be buying a newer computer, aim for something that's above the recommended system specifications. which are:

* OS: Windows XP SP2 / Windows Vista / Windows 7 (32 or 64-bit)
* CPU: Intel E8400 Core 2 Duo or AMD Athlon X2 5600+
* Memory: 2GB RAM+
* Video: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 / ATI Radeon HD 3850+
* Sound: DirectX 9.0c Compatible Soundcard
* DirectX: Version 9.0c or Higher
* HDD: 10GB Free Disk Space
* Network: Internet Broadband Connection Required
* Disc: 6X DVD-ROM

for a gaming computer video I would not go below a Nvida 9800.

try running that link, it's from another thread on this forum. use the pulled down and scroll down the star trek online.

it'll tell you exactly what will run Star trek online and what will not.
