Mission Planet GL-026 Investigation in the Hromi Cluster has you collecting samples of carnivorous plants... except I'm scanning harmless pillars. Not sure how architecture got confused with plant-life...

Just teasing, there is one mission I can't remember did a bug report on it but the item you scan shows up as a harvesting node.

As an interesting addendum... the next mission I've tried in the Hromi Cluster (Planet Mu Capricornii Kappa 691-D Toxicity Investigation), I'm to reconfigure radiation emitting artifacts... except they are what I'm assuming were supposed to be my missing carnivorous plants!

I'm noticing a pattern now...
