Ours is the kind of zoo that I suspect would consider it bad for the cubs' development to allow that, and I can understand that argument. A holodeck, however, would be completely devoid of such concerns.

Well, interactive pr0n would be my primary objective in a holodeck, but I'd frame it around, say, a high fantasy adventure with elves and stuff, or period pieces with Nazis or samurai or something. Basically all my holodeck programs would be creative and imaginative scenarios in which to bang holo-chicks.

The trick will be making sure I don't turn into a Barclay.

Due to some of the ages of the people on the forum I am excluded from being able to answer this...

If I had access to a holodeck, i would have the following programs
1) The battle of Waterloo
2) The battle of Cannae
3) Cage diving with Great Whites
4) An authentic Viking martial art program
5) The 1966 world cup final at Wembley

Cage diving? Wuss.

You're in a holodeck, with safety protocols, and you don't want to try this?

(that would be the first thing I would do...)

(second, living out my Pirates of the Caribbean fantasy...)

It would involve a Orion Slave girl, a Tribble and a cape.

You people are all lame.

First off, I would re-create the set of Smooth Criminal with Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, and Andre the Giant as backup dancers.

Then I would have an Old-West style shootout. In zero gravity.

Then I would recreate the battle of Waterloo as historically accurate as possible, replace all the weapons with chickens, and have ABBA playing in the background.

So inhumane superweapons, mass murder, and canon nonsense is okay, but speedos are too much for some people.

Yeah.

You totally win this thread. That's not only the best answer in this thread... I'm fairly sure it's the best answer in the history of that question.
