***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

# 1 Problem with corrupted pigg files.

I keep getting an error message saying that there is a corrupt .pigg file every so often.
I have the latest nvidia drivers and I have run the verify process on the installer.
Is there any way I can fix this problem?

EDIT- Stand by for dumps of troubleshooting files I found in the game directory.

Problem resolved with a reinstall.

This time I have backed up a known good copy of the files in case it happens again.

But the reason the graphics files became corrupted remains unresolved.
