What is wrong with these people.. I have paid for a collectors edition with gauranteeed beta access. I have pleaded, sent emails to billing and tech support.,sent proof of my paypal transaction and my order number, left messages here asking for help and i get nothing from anyone.They have taken my money from my account and still refuse to give me access. this has got to be the worst customer service I have ever expierienced. I just dont know what to think anymore.. I was so looking forward to this game../sigh
I will ask one more time.. Can someone please help me? Sorry for the rant but I am beginning to get irratated..
In which way are you not receiving 'access'? Did you not get a key or something? If so, I can see the complaint If you are having troubles logging in, well join the club!! many are experiencing login issues atm :/
No key , no access ever, no help in getting a key or access. no advice ,no nothing..
Hmm, I havent purchsed my copy yet but I'd imagine that a key SHOULD HAVE been given upon purchase. Double check any/all documentation you received while purchasing the game, perhaps you have just overlooked the information.
I purchased the game directly from atari online paying with paypal.. it said on atari support that cryptic studios is who to contact for beta access ( tech support) .. I did not get it from a middle man retailer..
