hi all,

wanted to request help on my build please.
i am running the temporal destroyer with the plasma build but it feels i am not causing enough damage to warrant all the dilithium it has cost me to get where i am at this point in time.

this is my current build along with my skill tree, please tell me what i am doing wrong here as it takes ages to destroy a simple sphere.
also i am willing to respec in order for me to achieve my goal.
survivability is not a problem by the way, i seem to survive just fine, its the damage dealt i am struggling with here.

Wow where do I begin. I don't think I've ever seen someone use 2 copies of CRF2 and not have any cannons on their build. Right now the only weapons you're buffing are the 2 aft turrets.

If you want to keep the dual beam bank and the torpedo the you have to use 2 dual Heavy Cannons up front. Get 2 Mk XII DHC's. If you don't PvP then CrtDx2 CrtH will work great. The fleet Accx2 dmgx2 will do excellently as well and they work well for pvp also.

That's where you should start

sorry, didn't realise i chose those dual beam banks, supposed to be DHC's plasma, anyway i have updated the skills

It's probably not worth using the 3 piece plasma Romulan set as an escort. I'd go for the 2 piece and remove the Experimental Beam Array.

Also, you probably shouldn't use a universal console in your tac slot.

If you have access to fleet elite shields I'd go for the Resilient [b] ones.

The Kinetic Cutting Beam is probably not worth it since it's not boosted by your boff abilities or your tac consoles like another turret would be.

You may want to get a fleet embassy emitter array with plasma boost in place of either the field gen or shield emitter amplifier.

Here's a build you may want to try:
If you want higher single target damage switch one or both of the torp spreads to high yield. It just sucks when they get shot down.

Do you mean to shoot the beam overloads from the beam array instead of a dual beam bank?

Just from what I see you have a lot going on here. Maybe try simplifying your layout for example :

Try with 3 DHC's and either the torp or the DBB.

You could still try all cannons as well and use the universal bridge officer slot for science or engineer boffs
