# 1 Need to change my email

I cannot play STO despite the fact I can login because it has to authenticate with my email which I can no longer access. I tried contacting support 3 or 4 days ago so I could change my email but they won't respond. Is there any other way to skip this authentication process or switch my email without customer supports help? Cause it's frustrating not being able to play due to a simple issue because support won't respond to you...
