It Procs hull and shield heals.
I was once DKnight1000, apparently I had taken my own name so now I'm DKnight0001.
If I ask you a question it is not an insult but a genuine attempt to understand why.
When I insult you I won't be discreet about it, I will be precise and to the point stupid.

Do set bonuses matter or just the survivability? Fleet equipment can be very good...

The Borg Deflector and Borg Engine are quite interesting, as they allow a passive bonus to Hull Repair and HRR (Hull repair rate).

Some have chosen to get the Borg Shield as well. Alternatives to this are MACO Shield XII (larger shield capacity, lower shield regeneration, also reduces all energy damage and offers a chance to increase power settings) or the Elite Fleet Adaptive shields. You will still get the 2pc bonus from the two Borg equipment.

i go with elite fleet covariant shields because of the stacking proc, and resists to certain to energy types and the high amount of shield hitpoints, maco deflector because of everything that every healer needs as a bonus is always good, and maco engine for the thrusters ability
Task Force Spectre, Legion of Spectre, and House of Spectre is recruiting!
