Not sure if this is the correct place to put this, but I'm looking for a Romulan or Reman engineering captain (fedside) to train one of my bridge officers in Emergency Power to Weapons 3.


I don't always play Star Trek Online, but when I do, I'm grinding Argala.

I have one but I don't think I can train in that...

I'll have to check once my TRIBBLE patch is done and get back to you.

You open a trade Window. Drag the bridge officer over and confirm the trade. The bridge officer will then show up on the other persons bridge officer listing. He or she can then train themin whatever skill they wish. Then you just trade the officer back.

You can also try to ask at New Romulus Command zone chat. Usually you'll find someone who can help.
