I, like many of you, am kind of tired of the fact you get three times as many omega marks as Romulan/Nukara marks.
I'm forced to assume this is probably related to the mission difficulties since:
Azure Nebula Resue - Easy - 30 odd marks
Vault Ensnared - Easy - 30 odd marks
Normal STFs - Moderate - 45-ish marks
Elite STFs - Hard - 60-120 marks
Since these missions usually take roughly the same amount of time (if anything, STFs are quicker... Except The Hive), and none of them are exceptionally challenging assuming you have a basic grasp of the game, when will we be able to get more challenging PvE for none-borg stuff?
There would be many advantages, to name but a few:
Faster leveling of tedious reputation stuff, consequently:
More people would stick with their new characters (A brief skimming of this forum suggest many are abandoning their shiny new rommies because they can't be bothered with the grind, usually punctuated with some remark about not buying a scimitar...)
Harder missions might actually be fun (may just be me that finds that to be a problem with the current choices...)
More variety, never a bad thing
(Please note: I am aware these things take time, and I'd like to assume they are already working on this. Although that's purely because I would be in their position)
My question to you is do you want an easier time obtaining marks to efficiently progress through the rep system, or do you want missions that deliver more marks but is difficult to the point where most people will not play it (Hive ground elite)? The problem with the latter is that STO's player base has become accustomed to a short, mildly-challenging missions (dependent upon the team) that offers up a somewhat decent rewards. Anything beyond that becomes a niche play, relegated to the most hardcore players. This is most evident with the type of endgame (level 50) content add by Cryptic with the introduction of LOR. Now I do believe more borg type STF end game content will eventually come in the form of Iconians in later seasons but Cryptic needs time to create, develop, and implement along with tying in the existing Romulan storyline.
I myself am glad that omega marks are easier to come by as there is far more gear both space and ground that I want than the other reps have to offer. I grind the other reps to obtain passive abilities though the zero point console and hyper torp from the rom rep is a must buy for me.
As for the ability to receive more nukara and romulan marks, there are the other means (I"ll list the ones I like to do) to obtain them:
Tau Dewa Daily-normal 60 marks/event bonus 75, "doing Nequencia 5 times takes about 7mins once sequence is memorized"
raising elder epohhs nets 400 marks
raising risian birds net 60-100 marks
Crystalline Entitiy-40 normal/50 bonus
Crystalline Entity Elite-60 normal/70 event bonus
I have 5 character completing all reps on two, needing to complete nukara on another two, and will have completed tier 4 for all reps later today on my rom. Plus don't forget the incentive of completing tier 5 for nukara and romulans. I use all my characters equally as they benefit my entire account as a whole.

Ideally, I would like a variety of missions similar to STFs. i.e. reasonably challenging, fun to play and a reward that feels worth the time invested.
The methods suggested to me so far have all been relatively quick, or not time consuming, but most importantly: Repetitive. Yes, being able to get 60 marks in 7 minutes is good; but It's not quite the same as having an equivelant to KASE, KAGE, ISE & CGE. (And the others, but I don't find them as enjoyable )
I was mostly asking for thoughts on something similar to that.
