Unknown, it's not listed anywhere. The vast majority of NPCs generally have very little to no discernible resistances. Versus say, the Crystalline Entity which clearly has Energy Resistance.

You, your allies and all of your pets, weapons and powers will do more damage.
3) Does APB work on the shields? I have heard two different stories on this.
Im pretty sure most npcs got 0 resist otherwise they wouldnt put their hull hitpoints on such rediculous levels.
And 150+k beam overloads wouldnt be seen as in pvp its a high rarity.

Still wish we could get some information from the devs on how negative DRM/DRR works. The formula we have for positive DRR/DRM is fine - but once you go negative, the numbers get all sorts of funky. There has to be some other formula at play, no?
Cause yep, you can end up stacking the following:
Romulan Plasma (Disruptor)
And it is a trip to look at what the damage would be while using the positive DRM/DRR formula...doesn't match the damage done, thus how we know there has to be something else going on.
