And fail at being Romulan in every single way except for looks, no Singularity Cores and no Cloaks, the two defining features of ALL Romulan ships. Read the fine print on them ladies and gents.
-Ferengi 1, "I have an idea to make a killer Profit! We'll take a couple of the Fed/KDF Temporal Ships we have in inventory, modify the hulls to something that'll appeal to the Romulans and open up a new customer base."
-Ferengi 2, "Won't the Romulans be able to tell the difference?"
-Ferengi 1, "That's the beauty of it, they'll be so surprised and desperate to get hold of them they won't know the difference till its too late, besides they'll technically be Temporal Ships which is the only guarantee we'll offer."
-Ferengi 2, "We should lobby for a new Rule of Acquisition. Rule of Acquisition 287, If it sounds too good to be true...
-Both Ferengi, "Their'll be a sucker that'll buy it!"
"STO - To boldly frakk up what wasn't frakked before...."
To be fair, Temporal ships are something pre-LoR that are pretty much Wells with a costume depending on what faction opens its, same ship ... different skins.
Of course they walked into this one, like they did with other Lock Boxes, Cardassian faction? not after putting a Galor on a Lock Box and the Dominion is worst off, the only mistake the Temporal Ships did was being pre-LoR when Singularity abilities did not existed, in fact if these ships come out now they might had the Temporal Mechanics based off the Singularity mechanics and because of the method of acquisition its not as if they can be updated because once claimed, its a character unlock.
Of course there are ways around it to solve it but that involves work.

I dont like to repeat myself and if you cannot see the issues with a Warp Core ship on a faction that is build on Singularity abilities ...
There is a grand total of two Romulan consoles that work on this ship and what point is there for a Romulan Healer as Romulans are NOT a faction as far PvP is concerned and both Klingon and Federation offer superior choices? if you actually got this ship, the Romulans characters should be the the last option of who should open it.
