A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
As, I, understand this "we" will not be able to play until the "head start" period begins. Right?! Second, why is everyone making such a big deal about this?! The men and women working on this have a lot of work to do on top of the mountains of work they have already accomplished. Keep up the good work Cryptic!
i think previous poster is correct there's got to to be a typo ob was always to close on the 26th so one full day should be the 27th. this needs to be clarified.
OH NO!! could it be the devs are so hard at work tuning the servers and fixing bugs they forgot what day or time it is !
Funny, It said the 26th was the last day of open beta for some time, a extra day would make it the 27th (26+1=27).
Quote "Beta begins January 12, 2010 and runs through January 26, 2010. Early head start will begin on January 29, 2010." .
Is this a typo like the date 2009 (instead of 2010) server maintenance mistake a while back (just a week or two at the most thus making it 2010)?
Thanks before hand Hardpoints.
Right, typically the servers get taken down at 11am PST on the last day of the playtests. So it really means they added a whole 7 hours to their OB, not an entire "day".
"This is a reward for our customers! It has nothing to do with the crashes. There have been no crashes. Never. Our developers are at home, sipping pina coladas and relaxing and not, for example, frantically hammering out bugs and sending a desperate request for an extra day of stress testing to make sure all the bugs are worked out. The Klingons, also, are completely fixed and do not have any bugs. Rumors of their PvP kit vendors being missing are lies. We have seen the kit vendors and they are functioning exactly as intended.
Also, any problems with targeting and holds in PvP are rumors spread by the infidel Blizzard team, attempting to sabotage our beautiful game. Rest assured, Klingon and PvP bugs have already been fixed internally, if there were any bugs, which there aren't.
Also, do not click on the signature links of the infidel known as 'Slamz'. His rumors of bugs and problems with Klingons are lies. If there were any bugs, we here at Cryptic would know about them, because we play Klingons every day, and that is the truth, and you know this is the truth because the Iraqi Minister of Information always tells the truth."
well there has been a quite a few patchs so I am guessing they wil have more the next two days and want to get them fully chekced out. Aslo they are problably brining on the new equipment to handle the load and want that all checked out as well.
