After i log in and the screen start loading for the map, it gets to about 96/97 on the loading counter then takes ages to make and progress. If i wait a long while maybe 10 mins , then i am in game but my ship can only rotate but not move forward or back. I also cant warp, the fleet window is messed up (no statistical data on any pages, just the last news on first page), Duty offer window is messed up (show a list of all the complete missions with no text and can not be collected), Dilithium store wont pop up, but the Zen store will (lol what a surprise), cant visit bridge. Basically all i can just sit there rotating and watching other ships fly by normally. Cant even leave the map.
i have taken my time to read reports similar to my problem on STO forums site and none of the suggestions have worked
Things i have done.
Disable Virus checker
Uninstalled viruses checker and internet security
-Updated Drivers
-Mother board, lan drivers and chip set
-Installed and patch STO
-uninstalled STO and then reinstalled
-forced file verification
-tired with on demand patching turned off
-Tried using STO launchers Proxy setting
-Tried safe mode for STO
- Set administration privileges
- tried new character

Computer info
CPU: Core(tm) 15-3470 CPU @ 3.20Ghz (Quad)
Network adapter: Qualcomm Atheros AR161/8165 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H
Ram: 8 GB

... So any ideas?
-Have install 'Arc' and used that to launch the game
-have set game to one core only
-have disable firewall
-Have shouted at the computer
Still no change

Same issue here too. I already contacted the support, nothing useful yet. It's interesting... we have the same CPU and the same integrated network card.

It feels like the game is loaded already, but the loading screen does not want to go away.
Do you guys also hear battle (red alert) background music during loading screen?

download program pingplotter, set intervals to 1s and put this adress to field "adress to trace" (it is sto server) and you can see how much packets you will lose, problem can lie here.
post here results (save resuts to file and gice link here to file).

why it is in txt format and not in pp2 format ? so it can be loaded by program and easily viwed ?
it is mainly for pw network guy so he can reviev it, find faults and put it up (where it will sit unoticed ).
