Nah man, They want a Death star not a Super Star Destroyer. Personally i would take an Eclipse with its mini death star beam on the front Maybe the new Gal-X

but whats the point? its not like a ship of this type would ever be functional in this game.

go roll a kdf & get a vo'quv for some perspective on how a ship like this would be implemented.
Figure out and address the players path of least resistance to reward. this one thing is THE consistent factor undermining all your efforts. be that crafting, raids or starbase projects.

One of the reasons the Enterprise-J was nixed was its size.
Same would apply to a mobile base.

I don't think there's a need to say anything else.
