So I finally got one of these and decided to try my hand at a build for it.

This is the skill tree and ship set up I was thinking about.

I was thinking about switched EP2W to DEM1 as one choice, but with out a Marion I'm not sure if it will do much. Also thought about A2SIF for another Hull heal.

Doffs I'm looking at is 1 Aftershock, 2 Conn (TT CD reduced), 2 Energy Weapons (CD reduced on Beam specials).

Any thoughts or changes would be helpfull.

Missing a few things. Basically streamlined your ship build.

You were missing many important universals. Nukara, assimilated, zero point energy

I had forgotten about some of those consoles. Thanks for reminding me. As for turning it into a beam boat I'm a little curious to this. I thought the turn radius was high enough not to have to run it as a beam boat. I was really hoping not to do that and still be effective.

As to 2 GW, why 2, I thought they shared the exact same CD.

So after looking over the suggestion made here and talking to some friends online who also play science officers I've settled on this build.

The Doff set up is all purple, Grav well shock doff, 2x Projectile, 2X Damage Control.

I'm happy with the build and it does what I aimed to do when I first rolled my science officer. CC and Support.

Just as a note, you don't seem to be running with any Polaron weapons so that Polaron Phase Modulator isn't doing you any good.

Yeah I know, It was switched out on my ship, just forgot to do it on the build link.
