STO vanished from my account's product list which it was on yesterday and it now says I have no products, I ty to reenter the code and it says it's taken.

Happened to me, too. What's going on here? I just tried to buy a lifetime sub, but I can't, because it says I didn't preorder. But oh, I did. I did.

im sure its a forum bug, i lost my info too as have much of my fleet

....I don't know, i noticed this happened to my account too just a few minutes ago....I seet a support ticket to them in the hopes of getting an answer soon....Cryptic is 5 minutes from my house....if i ahve to make a trip over tomorrow i will..lol

All kidding aside, they had better fix this/ment it to happen.
