I too am I unable to access my life time membership Borg toon reward, and even if I could, I would get kicked offline before I could advance anywhere. Cryptic people, if you please, remedy the connection and interface problems as soon as possible. This game has so much potential, let us see it!!
Okay, I click the link in the patcher for the lifetime subscription, and it opens a tab in FF. I enter my username and password, then there is no option to buy the subscription. What am I missing?

Do you think any of the devs really read or pay attention to our posts anymore? just wondering because they are really scarce on these pages.....
I suspect they have someone who scans for issues but once they're doing what they're doing now with taking the server down - I'd rather them dedicate themselves to fixing whatever the issue was, with an occasional update when they have something like "ETA 1 hour" or "it's up" or "you smell like Elderberries"
We haven't received much information about what's going on other than "The server is down for maintenance". I'm wondering if they have been actually changing things to fix this. For all I know it could take 2 hours just to reboot the server farm. I'm really hoping they aren't just hoping "Maybe this time it won't crash on us...".
Even if they were vague and said "We're making some adjustments to how things run" it would be better than nothing.
yeah this was a real head start all right.... i logged in, was able to create my first char. i may have been able to finish it, not sure... then the server went off and have been off since.... so much for the 4 day jump start into the game when 2 of the 3 days have been down..
