I have same problem... it claims that neither of my cards is valid and now I cant even access my account info nor delete card and re do the card info... I have tried 3 days to become life time member

1) Login to your account (I changed my password and logged in).
2) Launch the client and click on the link go directly there.
Yeah alot of the issues is not loging in, I did that when I was about to put in the pre-order code and noticed I was not logged in. I think they should have forced you to long in instead of seeing the code window even when not logged in
Alot of times when you have credit card problems its an international charge. I ran into this problem early on in the Army. Anytime an overseas merchant charges your card its auto declined unless you have that enabled with your credit card company... worth checking out to make sure....
