Nexus Force is recruiting people of any rank. It's a new fleet, started late February and I've been working on most of the fleet stuff myself so the starbase fleet holdings are just on tier 1 but i'll get them leveled up as soon as I can and i'll help out any fleet members whenever i'm online.
